Is that a X3 with 1 series headlights and a Kia grill?

It really is a parts bin special.

Yep Kia Sportage. Also the front bumper air curtain intake is stupidly oversized. I wonder how much the crap on it like the fake grill, that intake and the plastic arches reduce range...
How about not having a sig at all?
