Come on Bean, it’s (very) easy to say what is wrong, what specifically would you like to happen?

So what happens to the final day of the Labour party conference? Genuine question.

He's quoted as saying:

"So obey the law, take no deal off the table and have an election to elect a government that respects democracy that respects the rule of law and brings power back to the people."

Ummm. That election that's been offered to you twice? And err, respects the rule of law by the expropriation of private property. What farce.

Unified government shenanigans, final deal proposed, put that to a referendum.

Yep, I agree

What’s the point? Here’s a kid with specials needs, being special?

What next, ask a guy in a wheelchair to climb a flight of stairs then take his chair and we watch?

Won't work Beany...

The final deal will be thousands of pages long which can't really be voted on as a whole. It will need to be summarised. Who will write the summary ?

If it's the government, then it's accuracy and fairness will be challenged by the Remain camp - to the point of the Top Courts
If it's "independent", who picks the panel to write the summary ? Both sides will challenge it's accuracy and fairness anyway
Then the results of the second referendum itself will be challenged no matter what happens

Fvck it, even if a second referendum resulted in 80% Leave, we still couldn't leave because the Leave Camp will be split with half getting a deal and the other half thinking they could get a better deal so not supporting the first groups deal

Revoke Srt 50 and never speak of leaving the EU ever again please... (and I voted to leave... )

The civil service, of course.

As was the case with the interpretation of the Treaty of Lisbon in Ireland which was voted down for no other reason than a protest against the Government.

there's no faith in the political system, including the civil Service.

The civil service is not part of the political system, and I'm fairly sure Ireland is independent these days.

The Irish Civil Service is also independent of the Political process but that didn’t matter...

I’m not sure of your point Jobbo... I think you might be hinting that our Civil Service is different than others but I can’t be sure anymore...

The point is that getting “A Deal” and asking the public to vote on that deal as the leave option, isn’t really an option for the reasons already stated
