My M140i was due to go to BMW on Tuesday for them to look into the wobbly rear rims. Just had a call from them to say that the appointment will be chargeable and the wheels will not be covered under warranty. Cnuts!

well that’s £120 for them to agree that the wheels are wobbly.

Don't knock it Rich - this will be confirmation of wobbliness from a Professional. You might even get a wibbly-value from them.

Holy crap, tailgates are heavy. I think the last time I took one off it was my Cinquecento and that weighed next to nothing. Going to need a couple of helpers to test fit I think. Weighing up whether to keep or lose the spoiler.

when you have a full time job, family, endless diy projects, hobbies with large equipment to store, a social life, no time and can only afford a normal garage rather than a huge barn big enough for everything that’s what happens...

I’d love to sort mine, but it’s way down the list.

Word. 7 years mine's been getting progressively worse. Still, next project starts in a few weeks and I *have* to clear the garage out. This also means clearing out the big shed at the bottom of the garden. I have no idea how achievable it will be, and I get the sweats thinking about it
