UK version is more frilly (and this includes pretty much everything up to just before they get wanged in the back of a lorry)



My brother has worked on shit like this (he's an installation tech by trade, but does cross discpline mech/electrical these days), and the logic involved to keep everything flowing perfectly, day in day out blows my fucking mind.

I'd imagine that there'll be a spiral freezer that's used to do the actual freezing; far, far more efficient than chilling the entire line.
