I can't remember if anyone else here was watching it but Legion is back. It's gone from mildly weird to full on crazy but this is shaping up to be the best season yet.

I like series 1 but haven't made the time for S2 or now 3

Something to watch between now and December

The Expanse series 4.

Stoked for S4 of the Expanse, loved the previous so hope this continues.

Preacher S4 is back soon for the final season too, it's such a massively overlooked program, but it's also very niche. Same with Mr Robot, S1 was brilliant, and I think many switched off in S2 (which was really weak, I admit), but then S3 was right back on track. S4 is final, so hopefully it goes with a bang.

Final season of Silicon Valley too - although it has run its course, and without TJ Miller it won't be the same anyway.

I've very high hopes, thoroughly enjoyed the books and part way through the excellent game series.

Preacher S1 was patchy but generally good, just haven't caught up on later series.

Current TV cycle includes rewatching the entirety of Buffy and Angel, that takes a while.

Has anyone been watching Catch-22? Great cast, really well made but it underplays the absurdity too much and they appear to have changed the story slightly, based on having read the book about 15 years ago. It’s just missing something

Dave - I don't think Catch 22 can work in anything other than book form. Sounds like the extra time granted to a TV series rather than a film hasn't changed that.

The film is too zany, the series not zany enough.

I enjoyed this. Violent, pretty well paced, Karl Urban is tons of fun (as are all the cast) and it's generally a good, dark laugh in the same vein as Preacher (same showrunners effectively).

Worth a poke.

It was always going to be different without Spacey wasn't it? I started the final season but gave up half way through. It just isn't up to snuff without him.
