Re: Physics defied
In the dry I’m doing 105 - 110 at the end of the main straight in the Lotus. Neil’s doing 118 on the vbox in the Westfield. That’s doing just over 140...in the wet.
Re: Physics defied
Indicated 140mph at Knockhill. In the wet. Oof.
Ha, I should refresh page after watching the vid next time.

The car looks remarkably composed! Doesn’t seem twitchy at all.
Re: Physics defied
Far Canaljust as well this little thing does 0 -100 in 6 secs in the rain

I read the words but couldn't find any info on the engine in that little missile apart from Honda - turbot K20/K24 or summat?
I also now understand how that Evo got so close - 700 bhp. That'll do, pig.

Crazy car and Andy can drive!
Re: Physics defied
I've heard his name a few times and certainly know he can pedal but Knockhill in the wet looks about 1/4 the size it needs to be for that car!

Some of that is the guy at the wheel though! Couple of moments when the wheel twitches under heavy acceleration/braking and the correction is instant!Coaster1 wrote: Tue Apr 09, 2019 2:04 am The car looks remarkably composed! Doesn’t seem twitchy at all.

How does he change gears? Can't see his hands moving to indicate any kind of flappy paddle action.

How quick is that in the dry then?
It wouldn’t be Andy’s without a huge turbo, but what is the charger attached to?

Re: Physics defied
Is that the Westie/7 with the massive wing hanging off the back of it? If so, I’ve seen it lap in the dry and it’s got outrageous pace.
