Who do we think the Red Angel is going to be because it's bound to be someone from the cast, isn't it.duncs500 wrote: Mon Mar 11, 2019 5:31 pmI was about to say that they should do a spin off of this "section 31", but google suggests that they already are!ZedLeg wrote: Mon Mar 11, 2019 1:50 pmCaught up with the last couple over the weekend and it's getting better. I'm four episodes in and while I agree, I didn't really rate the early episodes of the first series either. I think there's some equally interesting plotlines developing (aside from the Tilly one... in general she's an awful character).![]()

Have enjoyed James May's big trouble in model Britain. I've never had or wanted a train set but the business of making them is pretty interesting. Quite a conundrum with your retailer also being a competitor, seems like business is always business though.
Having a few unbuilt models in the cupboard that Airfix 1/24th Hellcat was something special. Maybe I need to give Lego and Elite Dangerous a rest and dig out that Mk1 MR2 group S I bought years ago...

Billions Season 4
Cracker of a season opener. I think Axe v Taylor is going to be even more fun than Axe v Chuck, Costabile was on marvellous form, Maggie Siff still makes my head spin and it was just a great way to spend nearly an hour.
New episodes will be watched immediately upon release.

Perhaps they’ll review the Nissan Juke, BMW 320d and Ford S-Max this forthcoming series at least.NotoriousREV wrote: Mon Mar 18, 2019 7:16 am Even MrsREV said “oh no, are they just going to tit about all the time? They’re not even car guys”

they're all richer and more successful than us, so that means they are doing it correct and we’re wrong to question it (or something like that?)NotoriousREV wrote: Mon Mar 18, 2019 7:16 am Even MrsREV said “oh no, are they just going to tit about all the time? They’re not even car guys”

I watched TGT for the first time the other day, specifically some of the ep where May reviews the A110. Christ it's tedious in the non-review sections. I think I must have mentally moved on from it, and it just seemed like watching a repeat that should be on Dave, not Prime.
For the individual bits I found it fine, but once they're together it...fvck me I'm glad I didn't pay for Prime specifically just to watch that. The informal chat bits are the worst by far.
Separately, whilst I find Rory annoying in the group bits on main Top Gear, I actually quite like his Extra Gear slot. In fact I've seen more of those than the main show so far.

Re: Decent Recent TV
I’m in no doubt whatsoever that it will be awful, my reasoning being that they are lazily shoehorning in the sort of presenters who are trained to do Saturday evening crap tv.
I don’t watch Saturday evening itv/bbc shows because I’m not a small child who likes to be entertained by someone playing a carnival game, singing a song or baking a cake whilst a loud northerner shouts catchphrases.

Just look at it as punishment for people who are too shit to be doing something better with their Saturday nights
