They had a really specific line of packages and products you could choose from, namely what they already use or is their own brand e.g. I didn’t like their bumpers and asked about a third party one but they recommended I have someone else fit it before. So I did and they ended up building my car to the same spec for 50% cheaper too
youre surprised that bowler/twisted weren’t interested in taking on a job of fitting a bumper to your car? What else were you wanting them to do?
No it was a big project involving the car being down to a bare shell essentially, they just didn’t fit winch bumpers and the winch which is what I wanted and needed to be fit first to sort out the suspension due to the weight so I had to go to someone else, who I ended up liking and introduced me to his place where I got all the rest of the work done.
How about not having a sig at all?

Correct.

The issue with a lot of the stuff you see turned out by these places is that they are custom made for wealthy people with incredibly poor taste.

I'd like to see prices for a turbo engined one plus also the power and weight figures for a n/a one.

Alfaholics would appear to move the performance of the old 105 Alfa Junior from a fairly pedestrian classic into something that can lap the Ring in under 8 mins with the GTA 290 for £200k . Similarly Singer can turn your 1990 Carrera into something that will scare a 997 GT3 RS for half a million.

This seems more of a total refurb with maybe an extra 40/50 bhp over a Sport Evo ( unless you go for a turbo which is against the ethos of the car for many ). Like some have mentioned you could probably buy an original road car and a stripped out track car for the possible price of this

Be nice to see a bit more info on what you actually get

If it was the likes of an E Type that had fundamental flaws that Eagle addressed that's one thing but the E30 M3 was pretty damn good as I recall
This. Taking something that looks nice but fairly shit by any reasonable standards underneath - crack on.

This stuff though? No ta, it's expensifying modern classics unnecessarily. It's solely to appeal to NCGs with a fvckton of money trying to outdo each other. Personal resto-mods I have no issue with, just this semi-commercialised nonsense.

Or I'm just feeling a bit grumpy right now.
