Seems fine to me

I can’t see that it’ll change much though. I have no figures, but Presumably there are many accidents where a car has been driving over 112mph

And how many Volvos have top speeds much higher than 112 anyway? Surely most are in the 130’s?

So are they saying 112mph is safe?

Apart from the occasional run up that speed wouldn’t bother me in day to day driving. Except that one time I want to do a standing start and I’ll exceed that in less than a quarter of a mile.

Would very rarely be a problem, but I don’t understand what it would achieve either.

I declare this idea to be stoopid.

None of this affects me so I'm ignoring it.
