Re: F8 Tributo
Pretty derivative overall I think (as befits a twice over facelift). The intakes for the turbo engined cars starting with the 488 spoil the look for me. I do like the 812 Superfast style behind tho.

0-124mph in 7.8
Remember when that was an insanely fast 0-100... Ooh five years ago...?

Re: F8 Tributo
Wonder if it’s because the next one will be a ground up hybrid v6 so it wasn’t worth developing a brand new chassis for an old v8
It’s the last hurrah isn’t it?

How about not having a sig at all?
Re: F8 Tributo
Feels like the 488 was only launched recently.. I think I've only seen one! 710 bhp for the entry level V8 Ferrari is crazy... the Enzo had 650.
Rear window is cool, but other than that I'm not really interested. A new 'Dino' 570s rival would be much more interesting to me.

Re: F8 Tributo
I like the twin rear lights. I also like the alloys, the rear screen and loads of other bits.
It does appear to be a facelifted 488, which was a facelifted 458. According to Autocar's article, "Some styling features, including the "rearward-angled" front radiators and rear air intakes, are carried over from the 488 Pista, while a smaller steering wheel and redesigned S-duct intake distinguish the new model from its predecessor.". So it's basically just a honed 488 then?

I keep getting drawn back to that number too. That is rapid.

Re: F8 Tributo
Front number plate positioning will be interesting.. seems to be all aero at the front. Guess they'll all be sporting the "its just fallen off, officer" number plate in the window/boot/garage.

I'm 110% certain that any gag based around Lotuses new models being reheated tweaks of their existing range would very much go over the heads of any actually WAGsscotta wrote: Thu Feb 28, 2019 2:08 pmWife's And Girlfriends?GG. wrote: Thu Feb 28, 2019 12:33 pmWags online have dubbed it "doing a Lotus".Jobbo wrote: Thu Feb 28, 2019 11:13 am I like the twin rear lights. I will take this opportunity again to point out how much Ferrari's inconsistent naming strategy annoys me!
