Yep, very much in the mould of a modern day 908 in my opinion. The 917 is a classic shape as well of course, but perhaps not quite as svelte due to the necessity of fitting that thumping great flat 12 behind the driver.

ETA: by 908 mean a 908/1 obviously rather than the later wedge shaped 908/2 and /3

Who do you think Petrov is? He wasn't a crash hazard, he kept Alonso behind him for most of a race to deny him the 2010 WDC with consistent mistake free lappery, exactly the sort of thing that one would want in an endurance event.

Who’s been to LeMans? What’s it like?

I’m concerned it’s a load of powerfully built company directors, wearing boat shoes. Am I wrong?
