I don't trust anyone that doesn't like cheese.

Brie/Camembert ftw
Rather partial to a goats cheese too.

You said Epoisses. We are now BEST FRIENDS. If the old man arrives from France sans Epoisses, I refuse to allow him entry to my abode.

This, very much this. Polluting cheese with fruit is something the French would stoop too.

Agree with most of the centiments here, I used to love the onions my old man pickled, will miss them as even though I struggle with them a bit now they were epic.
We’ve discovered a few cheeses in France that are worth seeking out, Comte (expensive for cheese and you must get the 10 year old) is a ten year matured hard cheese from the hills that tastes of roast beef and is epic with a dry cider. Another sheep’s milk cheese from the Pyrenees (time noir) which goes well with a white wine.

Go to China, they hate cheese and most dairy so you’ll fit right in.
How about not having a sig at all?

Roquefort is indeed awesome.

Has anyone been to a pub where they put a wheel of cheese on the bar at Xmas? An old bloke in the pub today told me that was apparently a thing years ago. PaulJ is that true? ;)
