Andy's unofficial record lap - in traffic...

The Evo forum really is a shadow of its former self. I remember when the internet was for the elite and now they seem to let any spastic on

He’s a massive GTR fan, so whilst technically more relevant, it was less relevant to him 😉

Just watched this (thanks Zip!) - huge fun. Really accessible for anyone, but yeah a little light on detail. Very weird to hear a broad Northern accent again! :D

The whole family really enjoyed watching this - very accessible and I thought the balance between petrolhead stuff and keeping it light was good actually. I know he’s got many things on the go and clearly doesn’t want a full-time celeb lifestyle, but not having him fronting a regular motoring show seems like a real oversight.
Cheers,

Mike.

I'm not sure about that. I really like him but the live stuff and front man stuff he's done has been quite painful. Remember the wall of death thing? Good tele despite his presenting not because of it. He's obviously got aspergers or something.

I imagine they film a lot more than they need with him and loads ends up on the cutting room floor to get the little snippets of gold.
