Re: Trump
Anyone seen the video of him walking straight past his waiting car into an empty field before having to be ushered back to where he was supposed to be by a handful of special service agents?
The decline is very real.

Yep saw that but people close to him must be seeing more than that on a daily basis and they are still doing nothing.integrale_evo wrote: Sat Oct 17, 2026 7:52 pm Anyone seen the video of him walking straight past his waiting car into an empty field before having to be ushered back to where he was supposed to be by a handful of special service agents?

For those who don't have the time to watch
Political hit ad featuring a mother saying her daughter - the candidate - is a liar
The truth: they've been estranged for decades after the candidate accused her father of sexual assault, and her mother took his side.
You can tell from that which one is the democrat, and which is the republican, I imagine.

* stepfather
In the ad, Acton's mother, Donna Arthur, says Acton "lied her entire life". But it does not mention that Arthur's husband was charged with raping Acton when she was a child and that Acton and her brother were then removed from Arthur's custody.

I really, really hope the Republicans get absolutely destroyed in the mid-terms. It'll never happen but I really want to see Abdul El-Sayed as the next president - he's literally the opposite of Trump.
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.

The Evo forum really is a shadow of its former self. I remember when the internet was for the elite and now they seem to let any spastic on

Re: Trump
Imo the Dems need to think more long term. They need a completely un-radical candidate to shift the middle over to them and soundly beat MAGA. Trying to go too progressive would be a mistake - no matter how good the actual candidate is. El-Sayeds name is obviously a major problem in America (though i agree he comes across very well), Harris lost once already (not necessarily 100% on her after Biden held on FAR too long, but still.)Delphi wrote: Fri Oct 23, 2026 11:37 am I really, really hope the Republicans get absolutely destroyed in the mid-terms. Well, they use the bible. You know, selectively, to beat marginalised groups with.
I suspect Jesus would roundhouse kick a lot of them in the face, though, not that they'd recognise him because:
A: He'd be a bit brown
B: They don't read the New Testament much.

Re: Trump
Not exactly Trump, but generally more of a republican thing.
After the most recent school shooting where a ‘good guy with a gun’ shot the armed 16 year old killer, a lot of posts on threads suggesting gun controls might be a good idea are shot down, plenty of others saying they need guns because look what’s happening in Europe, etc.
So I had a look at the stats, grabbed straight from Wiki…
US gun homicide rate is 4.421 / 100,000. UK is 0.051 / 100,000, approx 87x higher. Obviously that’s crazy, but when you work it out as whole numbers,
USA 1 in 22,600
UK 1 in 1,961,000
Insane.
