Although, minor detail. The '89 Rover 200 (R8) became the 1995 Rover 200 (R3) which became the Rover 25 in '99. The R3 had the front end of the R8, but the back (suspension) from a modified Maestro setup. So if you cut the back of '8' you get '3'. Clever huh?

Awesome as usual though. The working loom all wired up on the floor was particularly satisfying.

I was waiting for them to put the grommet on, but it wasn't live so it didn't matter.

Experience tells me that despite the fact they tie wrapped it into position it'll be in and out again at least 30 times before they're done.

Electrons move from -ve to +ve. Don’t confuse it with conventional current flow.

Yes, but if you have a running engine and kill the negative then nothing will happen as the running engine will 'ground' the rest of the car anyway...
