That’s fantastic. I don’t know how much of the value they’re attributing to the farm and how much the motorsport facility but I suspect the value of the motorsport bit is really not high.

Nice location too, not far from the mountain road west of the Elan valley and near the west side of the Devil’s Staircase Road to Tregaron.

My friend uses it for testing days with work so it must get a fair amount of use from other teams too as it's a fairly unique set up
