So I've signed up to cycle 100 miles in August to raise money for Prostate cancer. I lost my Dad to it a few years ago so I always try to give to them. I know 100 miles is not much to a few of you but with the angle grinder damage it's a lot to me!

Please give what you can, even if it's a quid.

Done. BIL had a close shave (enlarged prostate pun) with it, thankfully clear, but still, well worth asking for a PSA or requesting a cheeky finger if you're over 50.

Well despite going away for a week I'm progressing nicely in the miles and fundraising. Hand is suffering a bit, saw my consultant yesterday who now wants to look at replacing my thumb joint with a titanium one, thought it best not to mention the cycling...£80 shy of my target so it you know anyone you can share my page with I'd be grateful.
