Brilliant news, momentum seems to be really building from bits and pieces I've seen online 😎

The top speed, as it's a non aero car and incredibly light, is the Elise comfy those speeds or does it feel like you're really pushing the chassis ?

I've only been in Brian's 280hp, I think from memory, 1.8T Elise and it felt incredibly comfy with that amount of power, with me in and a regular Elise set up though it would be at least 250kg heavier at a guess ?

It surprised me at high speed just how stable it is, for a car with no aero and a shape that we know produces lift at speed its absolutely rock solid - I was doing 150mph into the last corner according to the telemetry yesterday.

I do think the underbody is working though, there were some great aero studies done back in the day that figured out that the floor / diffuser don't work when the ride height is too high and distance between the end fences and the floor is too large, hence the massive diffuser and extremely low ride height on my car - again according to the telemetry it pulls over 1.6g lateral which isn't bad.

That's quite impressive for a car that was never destined for that kind of power. It's also different being at a high speed and accelerating so hard at a high speed.

The cars a credit to you 😎

It genuinely is, have you had any orders yet? You definitely deserve to have had.

Just one thought though, is it still forum convention to declare it a load of old tosh and offer to take it off his hands to save the embarrassment of him having to drive it? Because I can definitely help you out there Dan

No ones ordered a full build yet, had a couple of overseas enquiries but nothing serious yet. I think until we get enough proper PR out there to help people understand what the car is it won't sell, unless you spend a day looking at everything under the skin you think its just a quick elise. Hopefully the Evo article will help get the whole story across.

Fingers crossed for you. Keen to see Aston Parrot’s images too - he does some great stuff. Will you be able to use his shots for future promo activities?

Hopefully, he said he’d got some good stuff so I’m looking forward to seeing it, he must have taken a couple of thousand pictures 🤣

As discussed in Insta Dan, any time you're up at Oulton let me know, I'll do my damnedest to show up 8-)

I'm too poor/tight to pay for Evo these days, so hopefully the article arrives digitally as well for us paupers

Did you get to drive the Alpines? Assuming the A390/A290 - can you be trusted with what much power?

There were no Alpines, hence we had the track to ourselves
