Considering a Naim Muso 2, Cambridge Audio Evo one Or Ruark R410.

Anyone got experience with any of these? Any other wireless all in one I should be looking at?

I've always shied away from all-in-ones except going the whole hog with an Apple Homepod, or the Squeezebox Boom when that ecosystem was my main source. I did quite like friends' Sonos systems but thought they were overpriced and they killed their UI with an update and I don't think have been the same since.

These days I have a few Wiim devices; one is connected to a tv soundbar (I do not recommend this as a solution ), one connected to a Denon DM39 and one connected to a Marantz MCR603. I've not changed either for years now and remain happy with them. Both will play CDs still and both drive my choice of speakers perfectly adequately. So not quite one box (having to add the Wiim) but a lot cheaper than your suggestions and more functional I think. If I were buying now, I'd be tempted to try the Wiim Amp Ultra if you only use streaming services and I'd look at the Brennan as well for CDs. I'd probably be more likely to go for something that would take HDMI inputs (for use when streaming Youtube music videos or iPlayer Glasto coverage, for instance) like the Marantz Stereo 70S. In fact if Marantz brought out a half-width version of the Stereo 70S I'd probably buy that. And then rue the fact I need a separate CD player...

All in ones appeal just one nice(ish) looking box, easy to use. My hearing isn't particularly great, so chasing the final degree of sound quality likely isn't worth pursuing. Got rid of all CD's years ago and no plans to ever buy Vinyl or CD's again, so streaming it is.

I've been using a B&W Z2 for 13 years which has been fine, but could so with something a little more powerful as room it's in is bigger.

I would not spend circa £1300 on an all in one system. You could get a far better separates system for that sort of budget. Your case is an exact example of why I wouldn't. You've bought a B&W system that you've now out grown. you have no options to upgrade. If you had a separates system you could have added to that. Want a bigger sound - add a subwoofer. Want a better streaming solution add a WIM box. Separates last for decades. Im still using my Yamaha receiver that I bought in 1998 in my office daily.

Go to your nearest Richersounds and speak to the staff. You've got a healthy budget. They will sort you a decent system that will live on for years. They will let you demo it as well before you buy.

I know that for keen audiophiles, the idea of an all in one wireless set-up is heresy. But I just prefer the cleaner look and ease of use. Dare I say it but if it becomes obsolete in 10yrs time, I'll just buy another one

Id look at a Sonos 5 in that case. We have one in the kitchen and it's great. loud and deep plus has expandability. For your budget buy a pair of 5's to setup a stereo pair

They (Sonos) have fixed it now. I never use the Sonos app however. I use Spotify to play direct with connect or use Alexa to control it if I want radio.

WAF was always an important acronym on the hifi forums: wife acceptance factor. Something designed all of a piece is always going to better for that.

I have a Sono's Arc in our outhouse which is pretty decent. A paid of 5's could work as will be going on the bookshelf - bookends!
