I dunno. I don't think the man has enough shame to leave TBH.

I fucking despise Farage. He's a lying, grifting cunt - that people fall for his utter bullshit is constant source of bafflement to me.
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.
Re: Bye By Farage...
I heard someone was attacking, harassing his daughter or something on the radio so he may come out fighting.
Paedo loving Burnham, dodgy geezer Farage, badenhoch I can't make my mind up n and Polanski is a retarded pervert.
We laugh at Trump but ffs we as a country aren't producing any better.
Going back to chop wood and listen to 80s rock till it all dies down.
Dave!

It will probably be some sort of whiny victim speech trying to portray the press as bullies because they’ve turned their attention on him. Topped with a “i will not be beaten” type ending.

We’re a long way off the brazen and open cheating and stealing of Trump - the fact the country (including our press) are up in arms over shady donations and associating with criminals is a good thing.V8Granite wrote: Tue Jul 07, 2026 1:14 pm

Imagine trying to explain our politics to someone and not feel embarrassed ?
In Peterborough alone, councillors being investigated for fraud, the one temple being bought to be a mosque by dodgy councillors, openly corrupt taxi company buying condemned council buildings for cheap and then being un-condemned (if that's a word) 4 taxis earning millions for school contracts, police who need their bum wiped if someone says a hurty word, PCSOs caught running AWAY from a serious incident, open drug use and a rural crime team who got their Leaf stuck!
What I have noticed is that all the things I love about the country are not run by government
For example we were in Mundesley at the weekend and the locals were cleaning the streets and painting where the memorial for the bomb disposal crews were. The council were probably at home as it was a bit hot.

Is there any mention of what, if anything has been targeted at his family ?
He might come to the announcement swinging a broad sword on the back of a lion.

and didn't he say he's standing again ??
Which, if successful, he'll try to use to force Burnham to call a GE

yeah, if he wins the seat back, he’ll make out he has the same claim to the throne as Burnham.dinny_g wrote: Tue Jul 07, 2026 2:31 pm and didn't he say he's standing again ??

On what grounds? It's just a by-election and they happen all the time without triggering a GE.dinny_g wrote: Tue Jul 07, 2026 2:31 pm and didn't he say he's standing again ??

It's just to get Reform back on the front pages and to try and control the narrative.

He’ll say that by-elections recently have become elections for the PM. He’ll use it to undermine Burnhams election to PM or to make out that it gives himself the right to the same.Swervin_Mervin wrote: Tue Jul 07, 2026 2:36 pmOn what grounds?
