I haven't watched it all yet. Absolutely awesome to have the space to house that in your garden at home, but £50k in 1996 is the equivalent of £104k today. He's ended up with what I suspect is a fairly niche property from a resale perspective...... Is that folly, or a lesson in cunning inheritance tax avoidance (none of the cars attracting any IH of course).

Huh? They're still assets so would attract IHT, but not CGT as they are wasting assets.

I don't think his storage facility is at his house. From what was said in the video, he lives in (or near) Rotherham. Property is dirt cheap there.

I'm only slightly joking - this is what £450K gets you in the place I grew up in.
