It's a cool idea, I'm toying with a series on social media about a few things about diet which would include sport, and something like that would line up nicely. I'm being a bit cautious on the electrolyte content, because I've not had a proper sweat content measurement and in theory we should get enough sodium etc from a healthy diet anyway. And excess sodium consumption is a bad thing. But it's kinda guesswork really too, and I make all my own food so my sodium intake is possibly quite low day-to-day. Hmmmmm another thing to measure![]()
