Invisible indicators

Post by Gavin »

Ended up behind some new Vauxhall yesterday and realised the indicators on the back of eth car are pretty much invisible during daylight at least. Only realised it was indicating due to the tip of the wionng mirror flashing.

You would think that sort of thing would have been noticed before production. Bah, made me feel old that it annoyed me.

There are lots of modern cars with very poorly thought out and not very visible brake and indicators. It’s even more daft when they have massive light clusters and lots of normal rear light illumination, but tiny brake / indicator lights, often squashed right next to each other.

I never liked the front indicators not being near the outside edge of the headlight on things like the mk4 golf, Peugeot 206, facelift mk1 Ford focus etc too 😂
Cheers, Harry
