Anyone here got a metal lathe?

I'm after for cheaps a couple of 10mm thick ali/steel/notchocolate pucks made up in two different diameters with hole in t' middle for some threaded rod to pass through.

Can anyone help?

For what you describe you might be better buying and repurposing something off ebay.

I've been finding that for quite a few things, the cheapness of generic chinese tat off ebay/wish/Aliexpress makes fabricating some stuff from scratch more effort than it's worth.

But yeah, if that doesn't work, I'll happily run you off a few bits to your spec

Thanks mate. I've ordered some 51mm aluminum round bar pre-cut into 3 lengths. What I would like then is 2 of them turned down to 50mm and 46mm (or probably a fraction under as I don't want them an exact fit) and a hole through the middle that an M12 rod can pass through.
