Yep, and get checked out when ever you can. i’m surprised they don’t set up a routine check up for men when they hit 40 or something - a lot of these cancers are very treatable if caught early enough.
i had a camera up my butt the other day to check me out (my bro had bowel cancer, so that means i now have every test available offered to me!)
Incidentally, if anyone else has an endoscopy scheduled and they’re worried - it’s no big deal and doesn’t hurt at all - no need for any gas/air or sedation (and that means you can just get back in your car straight after without having to wait around).

Aus does the mail in your poo cancer screening but it's by application from 45-49 and then they start sending kits out when you hit 50.
