Dogecoin etc
Re: Dogecoin etc
Is anyone in physical gold as an ETC? I'm very tempted to stick 25k into £SGLN for a bit of diversification against my stocks and bonds. Seems to do well particularly when Trump starts fucking about with tariff/threats.
You settle up, I'll go get the Jag.

Not gold but mining.
First invested in Bacanora but they were removed from the LSE when they were bought by the Chinese.
Now in Greatland Resources, was Greatland Gold, as it's all linked and I'm not reliant on just 1 mineral to do well.
I've only bought my kids silver though as I'm hoping to teach them that a small amount over a long time makes a lot of money.
Dave!

Seems to be jitters about AI at the moment. Is this a massively over hyped area? Watching FedEx robots packing is amazing and their stock up huge amounts on the back of it. Interesting times.
Re: Dogecoin etc
We are building a couple of AI date centres in America with huge power stations.
Cheap gas will be good for us as renewables are expensive and not trustworthy for critical kit.
A huge Cloud centre in Middenmeer in the Netherlands was impressive to see. Very nicely built so a lot of money being spent.

Re: Dogecoin etc
Invest in the companies making the AI data centres rather than the chumps wasting money on them.
How about not having a sig at all?

AI deffo has that bubble feel to it, the founder of crypto.com just bought the domain name ai.com for $70m. Clearly mental. AI will be a utility in 10 years time and margins will be down the the wire. Mito's right though, in a gold rush, sell shovels.
