Our current telly is on the same wall mount as the last one - both LG but the bracket position on the new tv is towards the bottom of it rather than in the middle > hence the new TV sat much higher when initially fitted.
Wall bracket has a range of adjustment, so I moved it to the bottom position, and it is still approx 10cm higher than I would have chosen.
I could move the whole bracket to a lower position on the wall, but it will probably only move 5cm before the mount would potentially clash with the edge of the 230v socket I fitted specifically to wall-mount the telly. There might be sufficient clearance, but….. for the sake of 10cm I’ve decided it’ll do…..
