Amazing review, the car sounds phenomenal. That’s a brilliant advert too!

Re: My £375k track car
That's fantastic
I appreciate that's not the point of the car but are you going get some proper timing gear on it?
Some people love that shit down the pub

Great write up! Is this a picture of Nelson Mandela with the caption "When in doubt flat out"?

ETA: With its build cost (which does or doesn't include your labour?) - is this technically the most expensive car on the forum?

Yes, it tickled me and I was going to put it on the dash but then had second thoughts as not everyone has a sense of humourGG. wrote: Tue Dec 23, 2025 9:57 am

No need, it has onboard GPS and a database of thousands of circuits worldwide, so as soon as you pull out of a pitlane it starts timing you, gives you laptimes, real time splits and tells you whether then lap you're on is better or worse than the previous....as well as lots more!Carlos wrote: Tue Dec 23, 2025 9:54 am That's fantastic![]()

Re: My £375k track car
Haven't sold any cars yet, but the interest its generating is huge. I've got enough work to last 12 months as it is so if I start selling cars too I need to expand quickly, which is why i've brought in some outside help with masses of experience on the manufacturing side.Beany wrote: Tue Dec 23, 2025 10:26 am Nice to see a proper considered review of it, it sounds like he got on with it well![]()

That amused me too. I'm surprised Dan isn't creating a Mansell vibe. Grow a tache!
