Noctua fan help

*Note there's a HS, 1200rpm version, I want the normal, non-HS 800rpm version as per the link.

Helpfully the NZ imported recently stopped bringing them in. I ordered some from Amazon US who took a week to not charge my card and not ship anything. Amazon Australia won't send them to NZ. I have found a few scammy Aussie sites who sell them, but that's it.

Who do you use for PC bits in the UK? Overclockers has them but wants 25,000 GBP to ship them. Any tips of anywhere I could buy these that will ship?

They seem to offer international shipping - didn't check the price though.

Even if they won't ship to you (for some reason) what's to prevent me buying a couple and then posting them to you in NZ?
