Does anyone here use or have experience of any sort of e-mail filing program or plugin?
We've historically used Mail Manager but I've not been so keen on the new parent company since it was taken over a couple of years ago. They aren't particularly opaque, let's say, when it comes to their pricing or invoicing. And it's getting pricey imo.
But it works incredibly well for us, being able to file to project folders so everyone can access the correspondence that's working on that project (when people remember to file their e-mails of course...)
