If I'm ever gonna go to Bathurst, that's the one to go for

Fantastic write up Chris - thoroughly enjoyed it and thank you for spending so long writing and uploading photos 8-)

Obviously the one which really got me was this. I may have had three E34s but I still hanker after another.

It was lovely:

Pleasure to post. I read lots of good stuff on here and don't often get the chance to pay it back. It's a bit of a stream of consciousness when I write these days but hopefully my enthusiasm comes across

Ooh, another photo, cheers 8-) Was it a 525i? I am sure my 525i Touring was the same colour - sorry for the potato photo, only had a couple with the alloys of correctness on it. [Edit: found a slightly better photo]

[Edit - just noticed the front lower lip - 540i then?]

I'd also not realised that your car was named for its registration. Great plate.

It was gunmetal grey tbf, I think the colour of the car next to it is tricking my phone lens. I'm not nerdy enough to know which engine it was unfortunately, though I'd like to assume six cylinders from the plate!

I've already joined all the E34 sale groups on Facebook to try and see if I can find one just like it

Edit - There's one on Carandclassic in Evesham :o

Spotted that too  It's alright, I'm not going to compete with you for it.

We're pretty much on your route to Evesham... if you do buy it, pop in and show me :D

Looks like a great trip 8-) One of those things I've always thought about and wanted to do, but never motivated enough to put it into action.
