To be fair, it’s so slow that he may well have driven it every day 😄 How many miles does your average tortoise move in 2 years?
Depends on the species!

But theoretically some of the faster ones could easily cover that distance.

Perhaps, but that's for the owners to decide on.

Can't the Ami be de-restricted like most of the ebikes you see whizzing around ? They're meant to be limited to 15mph IIRC but clearly aren't in practice.

I see AmTuning will delimit it for £275. But would you want to mess with the ECU on a car you don’t own from a notoriously unreliable brand? Wouldn’t want to pick up the bill for a battery/motor replacement.
How about not having a sig at all?

I accidentally did something which may have made the Kawasaki Mule to go from 30 mph to 35 mph. It just so happened that I was doing a spanner check for loose bolts, as is recommended every 50 hours in the manual and I came across a bolt which wasn't fully tightened just underneath the accelerator pedal.
Can drive it on the 30 mph roads stress free now.

Saw this and looked at an Ami for £2k for 2 years but, yeah, with the insurance on top and every road more than 1/2 mile away from me being a 40mph limit or higher, it would get frustrating/dangerous very quickly (slowly).
Left over crest; tightens.
