Could you make it with extendable wheels? Lower the wheels when it needs to move, pull them up and secure the netting with tent pegs when it is stationary.

I thought I could frame the netting on the ground and then have it mounted on hinges, so it could be hinged up and then the enclosure could be dragged but I’m not sure I actually trust this design at all.
Reading online a fox can burrow 3-6 metres overnight and a badger can burrow 3 times as much as a fox which makes horizontal fencing a pretty useless defence mechanism.
How about not having a sig at all?

We have a 65kg Rottweiler to pee in the garden and big ducks, no foxes come in 😂

Radar/thermal camera, motorised paint/pellet gun, kill zones - probably run it off a raspberry pi
