It does...

Ah cool - I didn't get to that picture.

I think the came with cloth seats as well so I was assuming it was just on the non-leather cars.

Mine isn't but somehow I still managed prioritise working out how to download the DVLA's auctioned number plates in Excel and then sort by plate length and discard those over four characters.

I'm sure that doesn't sound like much but I work with words rather than spreadsheets so my Excel capabilities are very limited.

@gothcasual

It’s just my usual politics, music, pop culture shite.

It is a less tame version than I generally presented round here though

In the absence of Zed, I will have to be the only person declaring their desire for a v12 century.

Really high spec Grenadiers getting to low 40's. I imagine they'll be low 30's next year. May be interested then. They've been around a while now and there's not been any real problems (aside from the early cars having software issues). And a relatively simple BMW straight 6 to work on.

Slightly worse than my Defender but not a deal breaker, and there are a few things that can be done to make it a bit better. I reckon my car will need a substantial respray within the next few years. Can't see much change for £10k for doing all that and wonder if it's more sensible to part ex for a Grenadier. And it's Euro 6 so I could actually take it to London.

If they do put a V8 into this, I’d seriously be tempted..

I think either they put a AMG V8 or discontinue it? The AMG 4 pot can't be made Euro 7 and I can't the ancient Toyota V6 being updated either whereas Mercedes are redesigning the V8 to pass emissions.

It's almost £100k now with an i4. Struggle to see anyone choosing that over a top spec Cayman/Booster +change.

It'll be £130k with a V8 in it. I think they may struggle a bit with that....it'd put money on the next one being electric.

What are the chances of that actually fitting in the engine bay?

Maybe it’s 2 i4s? One in the front and one in the back? 😂

I’ve sat in a few now, makes a G Wagon feel flimsy.

Just wish it didn’t weigh 2.8 tons.

That's the thing...no idea which version of the AMG V8 it'd be, but can't help feeling it'd be a significant engineering task for a very narrow market of people.

I'd rather they looked at an A110 equivalent.

If it's going to cost significantly more perhaps they'd be best off retaining the chassis and putting on a new body more inline with the Evija. The rest of the car would naturally have to be heavily updated anyway to cope with the power increase.
