This one is in a spec I don't remember being able to choose on the configurator - in particular the colour/trim of the seats. And I love it:

No cage and folding seats so you can use the rear area for luggage - that's mainly what the back of my 911 would be for since I don't have small kids and certainly wouldn't give other people's small kids a ride. Sadly I'm not in the market for one yet.
Bramley is just down the road from me - they’ve always had lovely stock and their showroom is literally next to the road. i always crane my neck to see what they have in.

one not a huge fan of the black/tan look, but it’s definitely different…!

That looks great, and love the interior - maybe could do with a few more brown accents for me.

Not sure I like it enough for £215k, mind.

I still have a hankering for a D2 S8, and this later-model also has the solar sunroof.

Looks a good price, considering the mileage.

Yep it needs more brown in other places. The seats look like they've been taken out of another car as they don't match anything else.
How about not having a sig at all?

Maybe they're pre-coded to the colour of the exterior once you've been down a few dirt tracks :D

Really? Seems expensive to me for what it is. Bangle 750is which are approx the same age are half that.

For similar money I'd be having the 6.2l AMG E class of the time.

I was thinking that S8 looks pricey now; they won't be cheaper to run than they were 10-15 (even 20) years ago but the asking price has gone up a fair bit.

I can't decide on the interior - the brown is a bit too dark. If it had been black and tan it might have worked better :geek: .... but maybe I'm just thinking about my German Shepherd.

If you're going lighter, it needs to be Tan/Black (that is, majority tan, with black accents) rather than black with tan accents. Like this:

W210, lets be honest, has a face only rust could love. Only the engine really appeals.
S8 sails along on its Ronin association, but prices have remained pretty strong.

Agree on the W210 but there are reasonably tidy looking W211 E63s for c.£13k

I'd have kept my (non-S) A8 4.2 for a lot longer if it hadn't had an annoying stalling issue. It was lovely otherwise.

I loved that gen of S8, loved it more after watching Ronin.

It’s a £5k car though.
