Like the external colour and particularly the wheels but part tan seats in a Dakar make is look a bit confused / too GT? There aren't many for sale, all over £200k, so would have made a canny buy (@Ascender).
This one is in a spec I don't remember being able to choose on the configurator - in particular the colour/trim of the seats. And I love it:

I've not seen brown leather bolsters with alcantara centres in any 992 so it must have been a special order - it looks amazing though. So different to black on black.
See I don't like the wheels nor the external colour. The trouble with the black is that the arch extensions suddenly look a bit more out of place - they're not black enough, so they look like a cheap add on tat. They look fine with any more contrasting colour.GG. wrote: Thu May 01, 2025 9:39 amLike the external colour and particularly the wheels but part tan seats in a Dakar make is look a bit confused / too GT? Possibly a bit too fussy, but I think I like them. Colour is decent, but would work better on any other colour than black. Refurbed in silver they'd look much better on that car.Beany wrote: Thu May 01, 2025 10:25 am Unsurprisingly I'm keeping an eye on the (thankfully quite slow moving) Z4 Coupe market lately.
I I can't decide if I like these wheels or not.

I really like those but they seem one of those cars whose looks vary wildly depending on colour and/or alloy choice.Beany wrote: Thu May 01, 2025 10:25 am Unsurprisingly I'm keeping an eye on the (thankfully quite slow moving) Z4 Coupe market lately.

I'm not a great fan - way less dish than the oem wheels, so are visually comparatively "weedy".
Ascender wrote: Thu May 01, 2025 11:46 am Don't blame you, they're common as muck up this way anyway @Jobbo.
Todays spotted while on my way for coffee.
I sure did and flashed my lights too like a proper camper van driver excitedly spotting another one just like mine.
Yeah I think you've nailed why they weren't quite working for me. The CSL reps look better because of the dish in them, those look a bit anaemic by comparison despite otherwise being broadly similar.mik wrote: Thu May 01, 2025 12:10 pmI'm not a great fan - way less dish than the oem wheels, so are visually comparatively "weedy".
