Our motorhome was based on a Ford Transit and I was impressed with how it handled. However seeing some twisties I did wish I was in something more fun.

Thanks for the offer Mik 8-)

This was ours (library picture of the same model) - waaay bigger than we needed (for 2 adults and 3 dogs) but they had availability so charged us the same as their 2-sizes-smaller model. 7.45m felt pretty big at times trying to squeeze it into a single-track passing place....

I found the Warrantywise advert - sorry, I mean the analysis of lease reliable Range Rovers - pretty dull. Also didn't understand why when Harry kept putting up figures they seemed to disagree with each other and what he said in the video, but I wasn't interested enough to work out why.

The comments are a bin-fire.

i don’t hate Harry’s Garage videos, but i do use them to fall asleep sometimes. if i am struggling to get to sleep i put one on and it works pretty much without fail.

The Warrantywise advert one worked particularly well last night.

I generally watch Harry's stuff pretty much when he releases it. He's making a real effort to increase his subscriber numbers this year but I've felt that means some of his videos aren't as detailed or thorough and feel a bit phoned-in, and adding rubbish like this advertorial feels out of character.

Which means he'll get a lot of engagement and doubtless will do well out of it

I've just taken a look - didn't watch to the end.

Interesting to see that (at the time of typing this) it's had 209k views with only 9k likes - which I think is somewhat lower than "normal" for his vids?

I cherry pick which ones to watch, the RR one is a definite ignore for me, as they're all unreliable so I DGAF which one is worst.

Buy a Range Rover if you like receiving xmas cards from mechanics, buy a Lexus if you dont.

Funnily enough RR isn't so much the focus as the sales pitch for Warrantywise.

I found it quite interesting but then again I have a vested interest!

I think what I took away from it though was that it seemed very random. Certain engines were reliable in some models and not in others but the main source of claims was listed as the engines.

My dad had an L322 with the TD6 and it certainly wasn't up there on reliability. The diffs went several times, A/C compressor failed, air suspension issues. My L405 by comparison is supposedly unreliable but has been pretty flawless - a weeping turbo actuator that hadn't actually failed needed to be replaced but other than that three and half years have passed and 547 running hours with no issues.

They are the best bit of the whole video! There was one that was hating on Lawrence because his building is "too big".

I know, it’s great isn’t it 😂
I bet Harry is loving the attention - it’ll give him a boost in views and subscribers I imagine, since the algorithm will promote him.

It’s been up for nearly a week, but I just started watching this.

Kick in the arse off £400k with options
Hahahahahahahaha

One of those options is the yellow paint, for just £24k
Hahahahahahahaha

Didn’t watch much beyond that point tbh. :?

Yes I was equally bored after 1/3 of the video and turned off. It’s not a good look for supercars is it.

Hypercar money (10 years ago) for a V6 - no thanks.

It does nothing for me so I won't watch the video. Feels like Ferrari are finally in their peak Rolex sales phase, their average car is sold at $500,000 and production is capped. So at this point they're firmly taking the piss.

I don't think the V6 exclusively is what makes me hate it, but I say that because I liked the new Ford GT despite it having a V6. Perhaps it's a mixture of the price for what is really the baby Ferrari. The GT3 versions of these are really underwhelming too. Flat out at 150 mph and standing 12 feet away the exhaust note is a mere drone barely louder than the tyre/wind noise. Fecking F150 sounds better...
How about not having a sig at all?
