Harry seems to love it, but he's very much a Lambo fan. Option prices are just mental.
That door opening technique seems a bit....shit.
I also dislike the interior, but I don't know why. Being green doesn't help either. Indicator buttons

Yeah - I thought that was really crap too.
Also giggled around 1m20 when Harry advised that the nose comes right the way to the front

Other than that - quite enjoyed it. Price is £silly though, but aren’t they all nowadays. Wasn’t like that in my day etc.

Green interior obviously lovely. The door opening thing; it's a thing in any car with frameless windows where the glass drops, but most don't have scissor doors - it's still a bit unsympathetic to pull it open before the glass drops, scraping whatever exterior trim there is.
What I didn't like was the ridiculously Heath Robinson extension to the bonnet catch to allow the cable to poke through. Don't get me wrong; I spend quite a bit of time trying to work out how to route even a thin CTEK cable out through the shutlines and seals of a closed bonnet because I always want to lock my cars when they're on the trickle charger. But this isn't the way I'd want to go about it; leaving the bonnet slightly up gives room for a mouse to climb in, or water to get in etc, and there's always the risk that you close it and drive off with the extension in place.

I mean, it seems utterly pointless to bother plugging it in given the engine charges it in 10 mins and it's about 5 miles of range, so maybe the assumption is you'll just never bother

That's true - in which case, if you ever did so you could just leave the bonnet open. Someone at some time is going to accidentally leave that extension piece sticking out and drive off with the froot closed-but-not.

Finally watched the Morgan videos and am surprised at the harsh ride; even though it admittedly had the sports suspension. I was looking at these recently (well, Plus6) as it’s a BMW in a unique, hand-built body. Biggest issue I had was the lack of boot space (I still don’t understand what’s taking up all the space behind the seats) and the luggage rack idea seems a bodge.. thankfully they’ve worked out the issues with the new supersport.
You can rent a Plus4 or 3-wheeler direct from Morgan (£350 a day or £795 for a weekend) and Ive managed to sell that to my other half as a weekend away in the West Country already, availability looks good, but as it’s in the UK the weather will be the biggest factor, so just going to do a last minute trip later this year.

I think it looks and sounds utterly fantastic
I really like the exterior green with those wheels, looks epic but kind of understated/classy - I know that's a total contradiction when you look at the thing.
Its still weird though that for all that money (option costs seem to be even worse than those from Maranello) there's still those little foibles you'd have thought they would have sorted at the design stage.
Not really sure what the point of the battery/hybrid thing is for 5 miles or so?

i don’t like the colour and the interior reminds me of a ford fiesta with the wedge shape in the centre. i also didn’t like the fact he spent the entire video fiddling with buttons trying to be in the right mode.

Doesn’t do anything for me at all. Usually because most you see are driven by bellends.
The door release thing is just bizarre, the latch release is obviously electronic, so why not delay the latch a fraction of a second to allow the window to drop and make it impossible to jam up?
Lots of buttons on the steering wheel, also looked like some on the back of it? And a stalk on the left side too. Did he mention what that was for?

I like the fact that it fires up the 6.5L V12, just to provide the cabin with some heat

Enjoyed that vid. Brings back many memories of previous trips with forum friends or on my own.
Amazing how you can remember seeing some of that scenery from trips 11 years ago. The highlands are a special place. I mean, look at the sky and scenery at 34:09 it's just bloody amazing.
I seem to remember that petrol station he mentions several times. In my trip in 2017 the with Duncs and YK. I was filling up the tank of the Caterham and waited for it to click, was looking at something else and realised fuel was just leaking out of the tank, as it never clicked off... I remember Duncs very unsympathetically telling me I should be paying more attention

I've just returned from a roadtrip oop north that resembled a very similar route to that taken by Harry, albeit mine took in Skye and after reaching Tongue, headed due south to Lairg and then over to the Cairngorms and back to Cumbria. Unfortunately I didn't do it in anything exciting (a motorhome), although good memories were made. The best news of the trip was that my OH agreed to me buying a V8 manual saloon (likely to be a VXR8 or E90 M3 if it's of interest) so we can do other road trips in something more exciting.
Agree with Harry re the state of some of the roads, even I was navigating around some of the potholes in a hired motorhome.
