Anyone want an Astra?

Post by Zonda_ »

I made a mistake thinking I could cope with a manual gearbox as I'd been training my damaged hand but my work commute is too long and I'm going back to auto. Thought it might appeal as first car to someone's family on here.

2016 Astra Sri 1.6 CDTi 5 door. Immaculate condition, no damage to alloys, CarPlay and Android Auto. New front tyres (Bridgestone), MOT October 25, £20 a year tax. Silver 81k

Motorway are estimating a sale price with them of £4600 and they were bang on with my Jag so looking for £4500

Not interested in the car, but sorry to hear that your hand isn't back to normal yet. What's the timeframe for recovery?

I don't think it will recover, it's been 10 years since the accident. I was doing exercises to try and get movement back and it seemed to be working but the commute has knocked me back.

That's frustrating and annoying.

Don't think my 17 year old would like that (and she is not even 17 for a month) but I suspect that would be hard to insure.

Sorry to hear about your hand, that sucks balls!

Insurance is utterly unpredictable these days. It’s a shame as it’s a nice car and oddly high spec, well it seems so to me after years of BMWs. Please share if you know anyone who might be interested.
