Roger that - the guy had the steering rack out to repair something, as well as replacing quite a few (possibly wrong wording) rod ends where they were corroded from Scottish life, so i definitely want to get it set up with brand new rubber on it.scotta wrote: Sun Mar 02, 2025 10:49 pmTADTS - Even my S3. i’ve just ordered new tyres (AD08RS), the current ones are just over 2mm. and i’ll get the tracking checked too.
i might get a new battery too, this one runs down if not left on charge - then the rev counter goes weird. they’re cheap by the looks of things (especially compared to the ones i’ve had on M BMWs!!!)
Get a full geo check not just tracking. Mines was a degree different on camber across the axles. Dunno WTF set it up. Was night and day after we sorted it.
My e46 M3 and M2 were both transformed after a session on a hunter.
