I've just watched the video of Sam Moores who drives an Exige 410 and an Evora 410 back to back.

He clearly has far more fun driving the Exige - spending most of the time yelling about how great it is....whereas he immediately seems to settle into driving the Evora far more sedately.

I think I'll lean my focus toward the Evora think, but I don't think I'll rule out the right Exige if it comes along - if nothing else, I think the prices should remain stable so nothing much to lose. Just might be a long search... :!:

There's got to be a middle ground. 1-2 weeks of speculation is about right. :D

Mixed on the colour, but Chris, if you give me £10k, you can have 20% ownership and borrow it on a few weekends*

*Between November and February, at 80% owners discretion ;)

I like the visuals. Why are they quoting km on a UK car?

Buy an Exige of any flavour. You absolutely won’t regret it.

Matt, this probably doesn't fit your criteria perfectly but it also probably one the nicest late Elises I've seen for a while: https://www.jonsealsportscars.com/cars/ ... r/1375421/

You have bought one already, and I didn't post it in your thread, so I'm sure Matt will appreciate your opinion

Fair!!

it’s been on there for a while - i guess it’s waiting for someone who’ll appreciate its uniqueness!

Some decent stock in the£40-50ish k market on there at the moment!

My understanding is that the only Elise-y option under Matty's consideration is a V6 Exige. Ideally of the "Sport 350" flavour.

I shall take this opportunity to randomly post an overhead comparison of Elise vs V6Exige footprint. Mainly 'cos I just found it. :geek:

I did see him say on Facebook that he'd dropped the price a fairly substantial amount to clear the way for new stock. The colour is a bit marmite; I loved in on first sight, now I'm not so sure, but it is at least very rare and almost unique. Right wheels, nice alcantara interior and what looks to me a good spec though, for someone who likes the colour.
