I am. I was hoping for half leather but most of the ones out there these days are knackered.
The drivers lower bolster on those looks good and that's usually the first to go.

Do it - it actually looked better in real life than in the pics. The car's only done 70k miles. If I wasn't planning on putting buckets in mine I would have had it !
IME cloth wears better than leather on older cars. My Compact has half leather but the driver's bolsters are shagged.
