Axle Stand PSA

Post by Sundayjumper »

My local Andrew Page has these on clearance for £12/pair. I don’t need them but bought two pairs anyway, they’ll be useful one day !

Good darts...

The collection of stuff I’ve bought that I’ll need “one day” is astounding

Reminds me Costco had a nice low trolley jack in that I was tempted with, though might never use.

I have perfectly good axle stands already, but I'm finding it hard not to order some of those...

Let's derail this thread for a second and all confess to buying more of something we have already, just because we really like them

Sriracha (I even get a little glow of pride when I finish a bottle)
Climbing shoes and trousers (currently 5 pairs and 4 pairs, respectively, even though they all basically do the same thing)
Angle brackets, cobalt drill bits, tank tape, cable ties, rivets (you can never have enough)
Knives (just cos)

I bought a bottle of that because so many people recommended it, and the chilli is good but to me it also has a weird fishy aftertaste that I really don't like. I binned half of a (big) bottle.

Instead I've been using this, after a tip-off from my brother. Use it anywhere you'd use ketchup.
