Re: Twitter
Twitter & Truth Social to merge, presumably.
Re: Twitter
I just found a CG who has been on there a little while, checked who they are following, and added about 60 other accounts to my own follow list. That should help me get going.IanF wrote: Wed Nov 13, 2024 11:37 am Can’t find anyone interesting to follow on Bluesky.. no car magazines, no individuals from them, not even sky news on there yet. Any recommendations?
Re: Twitter
Just deactivated my twitter account - it’s 99% pish now.
Re: Twitter

Shamelessly stolen from Austrian airlines X-account.
Re: Twitter
Can people post their Blue sky socials? Like mentioned there aren't many people to follow on there at the moment

I'm quite enjoying Twitter/X right now, it's full of right wing, self professed red-pillers who are incredibly easy to wind up
and their responses are always very, very predictable too.
Re: Twitter
Nah, every time I go back it’s worse.
I locked my account so I can still check the news there but I’m not engaging with anything

If you follow me (okeydokeymik) and then look at who I am following, you'll see a few names you should recognise (and can follow/block them).
(That's what I did with someone else)

Re: Twitter
I'm in the process of going through who I followed on Twitter and searching them out, and once done I'll be deactivating mine as well.
Re: Twitter
It seems everyone has slowly migrated up the poll and reached option 1. Wonder where the sons of binmen have reached

Re: Twitter
The novelty of that has well and truly worn off, i only look at twitter when someone posts something specific, then i usually try to avoid looking any further.Gavster wrote: Thu Nov 21, 2024 9:00 am I'm quite enjoying Twitter/X right now, it's full of right wing, self professed red-pillers who are incredibly easy to wind upand their responses are always very, very predictable too.

Related to this thread, I've just started to read the book Character Limit about Musk's purchase and running of Twitter
Re: Twitter
People saying "I haven't noticed any difference in Twitter" might be telling on themselves a bit, honestly.
