I don’t know if people jumping out of the rental market is going to make people jump at shares or the fear he will start to tax assets and people will move to Switzerland or hide the money under the bed.

I don’t expect them to keep rising as they have done over the last year.

I’m still pretty much out of it as I’m addicted to shares currently, if RR hit 501p I’ll sell some to spread around a few dividend shares as RR has quite big peaks and troughs and want to not be so reliant on it. I’ve solid 50% of them in the last 6 months.

You sold your RR? Bit of a early exit if you ask me - they will sit there churning div while you just look at it build.

Anyway what do I know apart from being massively up on all the things talked about here.

Sold 230 to buy some International Consolidated Airlines Group S.A. ORD as they are on a bit of an upward trend. I thought they would start coming back last year but I think this could be a reasonable bet for a few months.

Another dividend share too, albeit a small one.

I know, 2% up in total today.

I’m hovering over the sell button to split between others but I think I’ll see if they go into Dividends still.

It's a quandary as my target was 560. Maybe set a stop loss at 570 and hang on? Either way the best pick when they were on their knees at 85p

Trump is pro crypto so will be interesting.

TSLA on a rip. If it sustains it long term then Elon buying Twitter as a tool for winning the election (may have been his plan all along?) will make that purchase seem a bargain.

What's a good place to put money as I save for my tax bill? Cash ISA? Seems a bit dull though  I'm open to a bit more risk, just want a fund to pay into into each month that's got a chance of a bit of upside. Something like a FTSE or S&P500 tracker? Or is this just dangerous thinking when Cash ISAs are at 4.5% :?

Short term for cash you’re going to need, I wouldn’t use an index fund. Use the cash ISA.

I wouldn’t invest in an index short term, it’s pretty much gambling. Long term though we can always count on the American genius to continue to innovate, accelerate and grow
