Drug dealer? I don't know anyone who refers to the person dispensing in the chemist as 'their pharmacist'ZedLeg wrote: Mon Oct 28, 2024 1:31 pm My pharmacist is a balding middle aged man with a paunch, as is correct.
Getting old.

Re: Getting old.
Getting old has small consequences which become annoying. I had a lovely drive round Wales today. But rural Wales at 8.30am on a weekend morning does not have many open public toilets. And I probably spent half my morning needing a wee. Only slightly, not enough to find a pile of slate to kiss behind. But enough to be mildly distracting.
Getting old is presumably a series of mild distractions that cumulatively kill you.

I banged the top of my head the other day - gave the cursory check for blood. Nothing... Fine, carried on with my day.
Fast forward to today and I scratch my head and blood starts flowing - I check my head and I've a 1 inch long scab which is now bleeding - where the hell did that come from?
Getting old means the slightest little knock has you bleeding - thin skin I guess.
Oh and I also, for the life of me, can't remember how it happened.
I think I need a carer...
