Re: Tyres
What runflat recommendations do we have? The 330 currently has Bridgestone Potenzas on with plenty of tread left but I have had a couple of alarming moments hitting standing water where the car has been flung sideways
I've encountered the same sort of water on exactly the same road in other cars and never had an issue. I thought it would be the opposite with the car being so much heavier than it's none hybrid equivalent.

Re: Tyres
Tbh I find them vastly better in terms of ride, nothing like they used to be. I can get rid but no spare or space for one in case of emergencies.
Re: Tyres
My experience may be out of date then. The 330i M Sport I had that was equipped with them was significantly less comfortable than the 911 which replaced it despite the 911 have much smaller sidewalls. They were also potenzas.Zonda_ wrote: Thu Oct 24, 2024 2:23 pmTbh I find them vastly better in terms of ride, nothing like they used to be. The Bridgestones I had on my Boxster nearly 15 years ago were also much less compliant than the Michelin PS2s which replaced them.

Just got a set of Goodyear Vector 4Seasons Gen 3s for the Golf for £354 fitted which seems a decent bargain, I couldn't buy the tyres through trade for that cost (I tried!).
First time I've let an unknown quantity (National) fit tyres to my car so I'm a bit concerned, we shall see.
