Also, quote from SELOC
"Out with a friend who buys and sells to the trade, he just bought a 22 Emira with just under 8k miles for 53500. So potentially under £50k by summer for sure."
@Jobbo like I said, rock solid residuals

A new ep of Jobbo Test Drives drops over the weekend thenJobbo wrote: Wed Apr 17, 2024 10:13 pm I remember how much my Elise depreciated in 3 years. It would now be worth close to its new RRP. V6 manual Emiras must surely be desirable when all new cars are EVs? And they don’t actually make very many so surely they’ll be valuable in future?
Or are they simply not special enough… I’ll find out tomorrow.
Interesting. He was always very positive about it, so maybe it’s a one-in-one-out victim (?)Matty wrote: Fri May 31, 2024 11:28 pm Harry's Emira is up for sale:

Yes, he does keep many of them very long term. Do you not watch Harry’s Garage? Jag XJC, Elan, 500, Countach, Testarossa for starters off the top of my head. No chance he’ll ever sell the Fulvia Zagato either.Mito Man wrote: Sat Jun 01, 2024 9:16 am Does Harry keep any of his new cars long term? Seems to move them on after a few years.
None of which are 'new' though right?Jobbo wrote: Sat Jun 01, 2024 1:02 pmYes, he does keep many of them very long term. Do you not watch Harry’s Garage? Good point - I initially overlooked that as ‘new to Harry’s Garage’.Simon wrote: Sat Jun 01, 2024 10:38 pmNone of which are 'new' though right?Jobbo wrote: Sat Jun 01, 2024 1:02 pmYes, he does keep many of them very long term.
