In my humble opinion

1. Magnusson should have backed off. There wasn’t space

2. Magnusson had a good run. Perez should have given him room. What if there had been a cyclist etc?

He slotted his car into a gap that was only ever going to disappear, I think anyone else would have backed off, if you watch hulkenbergs onboard you can see Perez having a possibility of running along side one of the saubers, but backs out of it. He also looks like he’s dealing with a boatload of wheel spin by the way it’s fishtailing up the hill- in terms of race pace that redbull should have been way quicker.

Lately magnussen is fast becoming more of a liability than stroll and Sargent.

Regardless of opinion the incident was reviewed and classed as first lap incident with no investigation necessary, which is lucky for k-mag as he’s only 2 penalty points off a race ban

I thought k-mags move was even more stupid than Ocon and he got a Penalty. At least Ocon went down the inside 😂
Stewards probably not wanting to give out a ban.
How about not having a sig at all?

If you no longer go for a gap that exists, you are no longer a racing driver.

I kow this quote gets trotted outoften, but Senna was a selfish sod and was known to just lough into folk, so it is an odd justification for a crpy, ill advised move.
I was surprised KMag did not get some sort of sanction.

Well done Bottas for his overtake though, may have been the only one of the race?

I saw the opportunity to use the quote, that's all. Relax. ;)
