Woopsy.

(Yes, I know that's probably an aluminum casting - I'm more entertained by the 'panel just fell off' part, which sounds about right for a Tesla)

These things are like stranded whale videos. Everytime I see a Cybertruck post on X it’s either broken or stuck 😂

Credit where credit is due. No panels fell off and no fingers got trapped in this video.

Not a Cybertruck but it seems that Tesla Fanboy Disease has spread to the shores of the UK.
Man puts Tesla in autopilot. It swerves to avoid another car and somewhere in all this flips over a few times. Owner can’t possibly be happier because he’s alive but seems to forget that if what he’s claiming is true, the car caused the accident 🤦‍♂️

(Fourth or fifth comment in the thread is his explanation of it)
Personally I think he’s an idiot, wasn’t paying attention, the car did its usual beep and gently swerved and he suddenly paid attention, shit himself, over reacted, went off the road into the verge and flipped it.

His twitter handle rather gives away his lack of critical approach.

If makita angle grinders develop sentient consciousness and decides to kill all humans, I might think twice and buy a dewalt instead.

Not buy the makita and praise it for being merciful when it only cuts one leg off below the knee

More specifically, Autopilot made the initial move, but he overcorrected and he threw it in the ditch, it sounds like.

But again, without Autopilot making the first move, he'd never have got into the accident in the first place. So Autopilot still instigated the accident.

Normally it would be one of the other, but I think this is the first time I’ve heard of both autopilot and driver being to blame, and somehow he’s still happy with the outcome?

Bizarre.

Would also love to see the onboard camera footage, whether the autopilot swerve was necessary at all or whether a human paying attention would have spotted whatever the other car was doing in time and made a different move.
